exercise just as important as sleep and food

Why do you need exercise so severely, like sleeping or eating? We clarify and present a balanced health pyramid.

How did you sleep last night? What's for dinner? Important habits that we evaluate every day and that are repeatedly questioned.

But when was the last time someone asked if you were getting enough exercise? Interestingly, this question is still often interpreted as bold or even offensive. But it shouldn't. It should be just as natural to make fitness a topic as sleep and eating - it is essential for a balanced, healthy lifestyle!

Let's face it - life can thwart our plans, and often our physical activity is one of the first things to fall by the wayside. Unfortunately, the latter usually wins when it comes to training or convenience.

How to make fitness a priority without thinking about it

Isn't it just great when you go to the gym and find that the workout improves your mood and is only really good for you? That it's not a hoax that some sporting goods manufacturer has come up with?

Eating well and asleep well is important for your mind and body, but countless studies have shown that exercise is just as important. And right now, it's more important than ever to make exercise a priority in life in a way that feels balanced and comfortable.

Once you start bringing regular exercise or exercise into your daily routine, the habit becomes as natural as brushing your teeth.

1. Set fixed dates for your training!

Just like at a work event, hospital appointment, or dinner with friends, if you keep your workout on your calendar and schedule it, you're less likely to find an excuse and forget it. If something comes up, treat it like any other appointment. It's just as important as seeing a doctor - both will help your health.

2. Smuggle physical activity into your daily routine!

We should exercise for at least 30 minutes every day. There are many nifty ways we can do this. You can cycle to work instead of driving or walk certain distances. Take the stairs instead of the elevator, take a walk during your lunch break or get up a little earlier to do some functional exercises.

3. Get support from a personal trainer!

We cannot emphasize the advantages of professional advice enough, but unfortunately, it is still underestimated or dismissed as bargaining. But training success is based on a sports science approach. And of course, not every person is trained in anatomy and knows the interrelationships of the human body - this is where our experts come into play

Our trainers can help you live longer, happier, healthier lives and create customized plans to help make exercise an easy and convenient part of your everyday life. Isn't it worth at least a small investment?

4. Always remember why fitness is essential in the first place!

There will be periods when you forget why you need exercise as much as your sleep or food. Realizing the importance of fitness is critical to our wellbeing and health.

The next time you're tempted to skip the gym, think about why you need exercise. Could more energy help you make your days lighter and airier? Is your sleep awful because you rely on 24-hour caffeine intake to get you through the day? Maybe you want to be a positive example to your children?
